Before becoming a social media celebrity-artist and studying at Stanford, I had the immense joy and privilege of calling Jackie Liu one of my students. Before I even signed my contract with Sundress Publications, I knew I wanted Jackie as my cover artist for this project. I’ve enthusiastically recommended her to other poets, including Raegen M Pietrucha’s Head of a Gorgon. Her brilliance is on display in this cover and in all the works she composes.
